Lisa Siddle has over a decade of experience in client success, team leadership, and advertising operations. Currently serving as the Client Success Team Lead at Sojern since April 2017, Lisa manages a significant portfolio of SMB hotel and attraction clients, contributing to 33% of direct revenue in the EMEA region. Prior to this, Lisa worked at Yahoo in various roles including Client Success Manager and Creative Strategist, where notable achievements included the development of training programs and data analysis to enhance advertising performance. Lisa's earlier experience includes roles as an Advertising Operations Specialist, Customer Care Specialist, and various temporary positions in technical support and office management. Lisa holds a degree in Modern Languages from The University of Manchester.
