Paul Huie

Paul Huie is the Chief Legal Officer at Sojern, where Paul leads legal, privacy, and corporate development functions. Prior to joining Sojern, Paul served as the SVP Corporate Development and General Counsel at Criteo, managing legal and privacy matters for the company's global operations. Before Criteo, Paul was the VP & Associate General Counsel at Yahoo! Inc., overseeing legal support for global M&A initiatives. Paul also held roles at IGN and Cooley Godward, where Paul gained significant experience in corporate law and representing technology companies. Paul holds a JD from Stanford Law School and a B.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.
