Daniel Estebanez

Daniel Estebanez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Daniel is currently serving as the VP and General Manager - Human Resources & General Affairs at Sojitz Corporation of America, Inc. Before that, they worked as the Director of Staffing at Automann, where they had a positive and enriching experience. Prior to that, Daniel held the position of Director of Human Resources at Ardent Global, where they were responsible for HR leadership and generalist functions. Daniel also served as the Managing Director at Svitzer Brasil and as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Svitzer. Daniel's early career includes roles at Maersk Inc, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager and Equipment Analyst. Throughout their career, Daniel has gained expertise in recruitment, talent development, HR leadership, and logistics coordination.

Daniel Estebanez began their education at Penn State University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History. In 2000 to 2002, they attended Maersk International and pursued a degree in A.P.M.M Developmental Shipping and Business. In 2014, Daniel enrolled at Columbia University for Executive Education and completed a program in Strategic Negotiation. Daniel also obtained certification as a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in August 2020.
