Ben Tanner has over two decades of experience in operational leadership, with a career starting in 1997 at various companies and continuing to present. A notable tenure includes serving as General Manager at Amazon, where achievements included managing over 1800 employees and earning recognition for exemplary safety. Subsequent roles at TreeHouse Foods and Winland Foods involved senior leadership positions focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement, significantly enhancing productivity and efficiency across multiple facilities. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from The University of Texas at Dallas, an MBA from Arizona State University, and a background in political science and physics from the United States Naval Academy.
