Ajaya Rokka

Ajaya Rokka, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at SoJo Spa Club since January 2022, where responsibilities include aligning human capital with business objectives for over 300 colleagues and fostering an engaging workplace culture. Previously, Ajaya Rokka held the position of Human Resources Manager at LegalEASE, overseeing HR operations for 90 employees, and served as Human Resources Business Partner at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races, managing HR for 1,500 employees. Ajaya Rokka's extensive experience also includes a lengthy tenure at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where roles ranged from Human Resources Manager to Assistant HR Manager, including international recruitment trips and developing apprenticeship programs.
