Debbie Goering

Debbie Goering has extensive experience in human resources management. Debbie started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Metawave Communications Corporation in 1999 and worked there until 2000. Debbie then joined WASHINGTON EMPLOYERS, INC. as a Human Resources Manager Contract from 2001 to 2003. Debbie then moved on to Cascade Community Church, where they served as a Human Resources Manager starting in 2009. Debbie'slatest position was as a Human Resources Director at Sojourn Group, which they have held since 2017.

Debbie Goering holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies from Arizona State University. Debbie also earned a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Seattle Pacific University.
