Charlotte Hayto

Charlotte Hayto is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in digital and offline marketing strategies. Currently serving as a Freelance Marketing Strategist at Grow by Charlotte since August 2018, Charlotte supports start-up businesses by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and training in-house teams. As the Founder of Sojourn Pilates, established in April 2025, Charlotte is building a community-focused Pilates studio in a historic location. Previously, Charlotte held roles as Digital Marketing Manager at Neutral Digital and MediShout, as well as Marketing Communications Manager at ByBox, contributing to brand development and operational efficiencies. Educational qualifications include a Professional Diploma and Certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Certificate of Higher Education in Fashion Journalism from the University of Creative Arts.
