Emmeline Orellana

Emmeline Orellana currently serves as the CIT Regional Coordinator for Northern Rhode Island at Thundermist Health Center since September 2024. Orellana has held various roles including Parent Leadership Team Member and Family Coach at WEST ELMWOOD HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION since September 2021, and Relief Staff at Sojourner House since March 2022. Previously, Orellana worked as the VOCA Community Safety Coordinator at Providence Housing Authority from July 2022 to August 2024, and as a Paralegal and Interpreter at the Law Office of George A. Pliakas from May 2016 to July 2021. Orellana's experience also includes positions as a Respite Worker for Seven Hills Foundation and a Home Based Therapist at J. Arthur Trudeau Memorial Center between 2017 and 2021, and a Family Services Coordinator at The Key Program, Inc. from July 2018 to July 2020. Orellana earned a Master of Public Administration from Johnson & Wales University in May 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the same institution, graduating in 2018. Education includes attendance at Classical High School from 2010 to 2014.
