Tharani S.

Tharani S. is an experienced housing stabilization advocate at Sojourner House since November 2021, providing eviction prevention services and coordinating a weekly Housing Clinic for homeless and unstably housed individuals. As the founder of The Project Niram, Tharani S. is dedicated to tackling significant social issues. Previous experience includes serving as the Director at Kids Klub, where responsibilities included overseeing the Positive Behavior Intervention Support program and maintaining compliance with licensing regulations. Tharani S. also contributed to youth education as an AmeriCorps Member, delivering STEM programs, and as a Teaching Assistant with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, focusing on youth and character development. Tharani S. holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Johnson & Wales University and an Associate of Arts from Bard College.
