Phil Salter

Phil Salter is an experienced professional in youth development and risk management, currently serving as the Director of Risk Management at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee since July 2021. Salter has held various roles within the organization, including Training and Development Manager and Club Manager. Prior experience includes a Program Director position at the YMCA, where Salter led Milwaukee's top center in the Youth Sports initiative and managed a $150k budget. Salter has also worked as a Teacher at Wausau/D and as an AODA Counselor at Northwest Passage, showcasing a strong background in education and counseling. Salter holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Concordia University-Wisconsin and a Bachelor's Degree from UW-LaCrosse in multiple disciplines.
