Jarkko Rautaoja

Jarkko Rautaoja is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, change management, and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at dss+ and a Principal at EFESO Nordics since 2021, Jarkko also holds significant roles in supervisory and board memberships, including Vice Chair of the Supervisory Board at SOK and Chair of the Supervisory Board at Osuuskauppa Hämeenmaa. As the CEO and Senior Change Leader at Rautaoja Consulting Oy, Jarkko provides consulting and training services focused on Lean manufacturing and operational improvement. Previous positions include Director of Operational Excellence at Stora Enso, where Jarkko developed a continuous improvement model for multiple facilities, and leadership roles at various mills within the Stora Enso network.
