Kathrin Stapel has over 30 years of experience in customer service and market development. Currently serving as Bereichsleitung Kunden- / Marktentwicklung (CRM) and Direktor Kundenservice at SOKA-BAU since May 2014, Kathrin previously held the position of Director / Department Manager Customer Service at E-Plus Mobilfunk from November 2008 to April 2014. Prior to that, leadership roles included Unit Leitung Call Center / Communication Services at Burda Media between July 2001 and October 2008, and Vertriebsmanager at Gruber + Weber from August 1993 to June 2001.
