Susan An, Esq. has a background in law and corporate governance with experience working in various organizations such as Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures and Calypso Capital Management, LP. Susan has also served as a student attorney at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Currently, Susan is the CEO of SoKat Consulting, LLC and the Co-Chair of the Public Relations Committee at the Federal Asian Pacific American Council (FAPAC). Susan has demonstrated expertise in negotiating contracts, providing legal guidance on federal securities regulations, and advising non-profit organizations on corporate matters. Susan also holds Executive Education Certificates in Project Management and Strategic Negotiations from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
