Mariana Esteves Cordeiro has an extensive work experience in strategy and data roles, primarily in the field of marketing and communications. Mariana is currently the Head of Strategy & Data at SOKO, where they lead the strategy and data team. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategy Group Leader and Líder de Estratégia at SOKO, where they were responsible for brand strategy and communication for Guaraná Antarctica. Mariana has also held senior strategy positions at Think Olga and Think Eva, where they managed strategy teams and worked on projects for clients such as Netflix, Avon, and Google. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Digital Strategist at Grupo TV1 and as a Creative Strategist at RIOT, where they developed digital strategies for brands like Johnson's baby and Carefree. Mariana has a strong background in planning and analyzing data, as well as developing creative concepts for marketing campaigns.

Mariana Esteves Cordeiro completed their undergraduate degree in Publicidade e Propaganda (Advertising and Marketing) with a focus on Comunicação Social (Social Communication) at FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado from 2008 to 2012. In 2013, they attended Escola São Paulo to study Antropologia, cultura e inovação (Anthropology, Culture, and Innovation). Mariana also pursued a short course in Communication, specifically Movie Making and Storytelling, at Global Village in Canada in 2008. Recently, in 2019-2020, they completed an Especialização (Specialization) in Semiótica Psicanalítica - Clínica da Cultura (Psychoanalytic Semiotics - Culture Clinic) at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
