Matthew G. Thompson

Matthew G. Thompson serves as the Vice President of Sales at Sol-Ark, where responsibilities include exceeding targets and fostering growth through a professional sales team focused on proactive selling methodologies. Previously, Matthew held multiple senior roles at Honeywell, including Senior Director of Sales for the Sensing and Safety Technologies division, where leadership of a 150+ person sales team aimed to generate approximately $1.05 billion in annual revenue. Matthew’s career also includes executive sales positions at Cobham Wireless and Axell Wireless, where strategic leadership revitalized operations and drove significant revenue growth. Early experience was gained at Tektronix, culminating in directing a successful sales team, and service in the U.S. Army as a First Lieutenant provided foundational leadership skills. Matthew G. Thompson earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
