Maggie Lindley currently serves as a Clinical Psychology Intern at Sol Health and previously held a similar role at the Behavioral Wellness Clinic. As the Founder of Mindful Mamas, Maggie developed a program aimed at supporting working mothers through virtual sessions focused on self-love and emotional awareness. Additionally, Maggie worked as a Community Educator at Ellis Medicine, leading perinatal mental health education and support initiatives for new and expecting mothers. Prior experience includes various roles in recruiting coordination, talent management, and performing arts, highlighted by significant positions at Slack, Vettery, and STARR Restaurants. Maggie holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Bonaventure University and a BFA in Acting from Pace University.

As Gen Zs ourselves, we’ve struggled to access affordable, personalized therapy. But why? The answer is simple. There just aren't enough therapists to match the demand. Well, why aren't there enough therapists? 57% of Master's-level graduates NEVER obtain licensure in the therapy industry. An overwhelming majority of potential therapists give up on their careers due to factors outside of their control: high costs, low compensation, overworking, internship struggles, lack of diversity, ... the list goes on. So where does Sol Health come in? (Okay jeez just let me explain) As the first mental health company dedicated to working with therapists at the earliest parts of their career, our mission is to tackle the college mental health crisis AND provide much-needed support for the next generation of mental health professionals, all at the same time.
