Mike Stankiewicz

Mike Stankiewicz has extensive experience in the medical industry, primarily in sales and product management roles. Mike is currently working as the Sr. Director of US Sales at Sol Millennium Medical Group, where they oversee the sales of needles, syringes, and blood collection products. Prior to this, they held the position of Sr. Director of Business & Category Development at the same company.

Before joining Sol Millennium, Mike worked at Medline Industries, Inc. for several years. Mike served as the Director of Product Management in the Vascular Access Division and the Procedure Tray Division. In these roles, they were responsible for cross-functional management of product lines, including new product development, marketing, inventory management, pricing, and vendor relationship management. Mike also had full P&L management responsibility for the Procedure Tray Division and supervised a team of 9 direct reports.
