Artie Trotter

Artie Trotter is currently the VP, Finance & Administration at Sol-ti. Prior to this, they were a Staff Accountant at Signature Analytics from June 2015 to May 2017 and a Client Services Manager at CoEfficient Services from May 2014 to September 2014.

At Signature Analytics, Artie was part of a team of highly experienced accountants that provided ongoing accounting support and financial analysis to small and mid-size businesses. Artie was responsible for acting as the entire accounting department (CFO to staff accountant) for some businesses, or complementing the internal accounting staff for others, in order to provide the necessary support and analysis to effectively run the company, analyze operations, and guide business decisions.

At CoEfficient Services, Artie managed monthly bookkeeping for 4-5 small businesses. This included managing payroll, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, sales tax payments and monthly accruals. Artie also created automatic monthly financial reporting templates for all clients using integrations between QuickBooks and Excel, saving 1-2 hours per client in accountant time. In addition, Artie created a marketing and sales platform targeted for small business restaurants. This involved creating marketing materials, potential client contact lists, and sales strategies.

Artie Trotter is a certified public accountant who graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor's degree in accounting.

They work with Fernando Soto - Marketing Manager, Steven Cosgrove - VP, National Account Sales, and Lindsay Ray - Brand Director. Artie Trotter reports to Rob Paladino, President.
