Jon Suematsu

Jon Suematsu has extensive work experience in property management and operations. Jon currently holds the position of Vice President of Property Operations at SoLa Impact since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Starpoint Properties from 2010 to 2022, where they held various roles including Vice President of Property Management, Senior Regional Manager, and Regional Manager. Before joining Starpoint Properties, they worked as a Management and Leasing Specialist at Starpoint Property Management, LLC from 2008 to 2010. Jon also has experience as an Assistant Community Manager at BRE Properties (an Essex company) from 2008 to 2008 and as a Leasing Director at Pier Management Hawaii from 2003 to 2008.

Jon Suematsu attended the Iolani School from 1985 to 1998, where they did not receive a degree or major in any specific field of study. Subsequently, from 1998 to 2002, they pursued a B.B.A. in Real Estate at the University of Hawai‘i - Shidler College of Business.
