Matthew Luery

Matthew Luery is a Construction Project Manager at SoLa Impact since August 2023, overseeing General Contractors for various multifamily projects focused on workforce and affordable housing. Responsibilities include managing project financials, schedules, and quality control. Previously, Matthew served as a Project Engineer at Turner Construction Company from April 2015 to June 2023, where contributions included preconstruction processes for over $300M in proposals and significant field operations for projects like SoFi Stadium. Matthew gained earlier experience as an Architectural Apprentice at Vertoch Design Architects and as a recurring summer intern at LPAS Architecture + Design. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California.
