Steven Helmholz has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Steven is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at SoLa Impact, a real estate investment company focused on affordable housing in disadvantaged communities. Prior to this, they were the Founder and Recruitment Partner at MossiTribe, where they provided recruitment solutions for startups. Steven also served as the Managing Director and Head of Talent Acquisition at CNM LLP, a technical advisory firm. Earlier in their career, Steven held leadership positions in talent acquisition at OnDeck, Merkle, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Siebel Systems (acquired by Oracle), and Korn/Ferry International.
Steven Helmholz completed their MBA in Management & Finance at the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Romance Philology from Columbia University. In 2022, they also obtained a Talent Optimization Consultant Certificate from The Predictive Index.
