Tiia Kares has a wide range of work experience. Tiia has been working in the cosmetics, sales and marketing, and production industries since 2006. In 2006, they began as an Assistant Technician at Nokia. Tiia then worked as a Sales Advisor at Benetton Group in 2007, Production Technician at Bayer Pharmaceuticals in 2008, Salesperson at Punanaamio Oy in 2009, Salesperson at Tallink Silja Oy in 2012 and 2013, and Sales & Marketing Manager, International Sales Manager, Technical Sales Representative, and Sales Manager Assistant Intern at The Innovation Company\u00ae from 2014 to 2020. In 2020, they became the Export Sales Manager for the Cosmetics Division at Solabia Group.

Tiia Kares has a comprehensive educational background. In 2018-2020, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Northampton in the field of International Business, Management and Marketing. From 2011-2014, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc) from Turku University of Applied Sciences in Business, Marketing, Chemistry and Cosmetic Product Knowledge. In 2012-2013, they also completed an \u00c9cole Sup\u00e9rieure de Commerce from Groupe ESC Troyes in International Business, Management, Finance and Marketing.
