Brett Palaschak

Brett Palaschak is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the marine industry. Currently serving as the Owner of ProtoTech since January 2023, Brett has also held significant roles at SŌLACE Boats as Plant Manager and Assembly Manager since August 2021, and as Director of Engineering and Prototype at Iconic Marine Group from August 2018 to August 2021. In these positions, Brett managed design engineering, manufacturing processes, and prototype development while providing critical on-the-floor engineering support. Previous experience includes roles as a Structural Engineer at Sea Ray Boats and as an Engineer at Electric Boat. Brett holds a Bachelor's Degree in Ocean Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, obtained in 2016.
