Overview

This position is for an IT Analyst to work with employees and clients in providing amazing service.

In This Role, You Will

• Work with leaders to determine IT objectives to improve business outcomes
• Keep the company up to speed on best practices with IT standards and guidelines while troubleshooting systems
• Design, implement, and optimize the Information Systems that will optimize organizational efficiencies
• Maintaining IT infrastructure both on-premise and cloud, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Advising management on weak points, avenues for improvement, and risks in the company's IT infrastructure
• Provide day-to-day technical support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
• Managing accounts and access control to various services and systems
• Develop standard operating procedures to aid in troubleshooting and management of IT systems
• Maintain IT company asset information
• Manage the onboarding of new employees

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in computer science or engineering or related field, preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

• Skills in designing, reporting, and documenting implementations, and security

• Experience with network switching and routing and their protocols

• Excellent problem solving, analytical skills, technical skills, and attention to detail

• Knowledge of Office 365, Azure Active Directory and MDM utilities

• Skilled in database programming and software installation

• Proficiency in a coding language (Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.)

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Familiar with a range of software and hardware

• Must be able to work individually or with a team in a fast paced, dynamic environment

• Able to lift to 30 pounds
