Osama Laham

Osama Laham, M.Eng., currently serves as the SVP of Sales Operations & PMO at Solace since September 2016. Laham has advanced through roles including VP of Business Operations & Project Management and Director of the Project Management Office, showcasing expertise in sales operations and project management. Prior to Solace, Laham worked at Fuel Industries from February 2013 to September 2016 as a Project Manager/Release Manager, where responsibilities included scope planning, schedule development, and client expectations management. Additionally, Laham led the Release Engineering team at Fuel Industries, ensuring high-quality product deliveries. Laham's career also includes a tenure at Ciena from July 2009 to March 2013 as a Project Leader and Software Engineer, with accomplishments in automation and successful project delivery. Beginning the professional journey at Nortel Networks from April 2007 to July 2009 as a Release Engineer, Laham focused on automating build setups. Laham holds a Master's degree in Technology Innovation Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Mathematics and Information Technology from Carleton University.
