Susie Dobing

Susie Dobing currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Demand Generation at Solace since June 2025. From October 2023 to January 2025, Susie held the position of Director, Field Marketing EMEA & APAC at Matillion, where responsibilities included leading regional marketing strategies and campaigns. Prior to that, from November 2018 to October 2023, Susie worked at Databricks as the Senior Manager, Partner Field Marketing EMEA, being the first Partner Marketing hire in EMEA and managing marketing for major hyperscalers such as AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud. Susie's earlier roles include Partner Marketing Lead for EMEA at Zendesk from May 2017 to November 2018, focusing on go-to-market strategy and partner relationships, and Strategic Alliances Marketing Manager for UKI at Rackspace Technology from December 2014 to March 2017, where Susie oversaw the marketing relationships with key strategic alliance partners.
