Peter Diel

Peter Diel has extensive work experience in the finance and investment industry. Peter is currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Product Development at Solactive AG since November 2019. Prior to this, they held various roles at DWS Group, including Managing Director and Head of Passive Portfolio Management Institutional Mandates EMEA & Asia from September 2013 to September 2019, and Director and Senior Portfolio Manager from August 2007 to September 2013. Before joining DWS Group, Peter worked at Deutsche Bank as a Vice President in Listed Derivative Sales from January 1997 to July 2007. Peter began their career as a Junior Consultant in Investment Banking at Steria Mummert Consulting AG from December 1995 to December 1996. Peter also worked as a Bankkaufmann at ODDO BHF from August 1987 to June 1989.

Peter Diel earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Goethe University Frankfurt, which they attended from 1989 to 1994.
