Gilbert Shi

Gilbert Shi is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Chinese Operations in the Food and Beverage department at Solaire Resort since January 2015. In this role, Gilbert defines critical Key Performance Indicators for operations and oversees the planning and management of staff to ensure efficient restaurant functioning and high customer service standards. Prior to this, Gilbert worked as an Assistant Manager for the Paiza Club at Marina Bay Sands from August 2012 to January 2015. Gilbert holds a Master's degree in International Hospitality Management from Leeds Beckett University, earned between 2006 and 2008.
