Tony Yonnone

Tony Yonnone has been working as a Senior Vice President at SolAmerica Energy since March of 2020. Before that, they worked as a Commercial Leader for Distributed Energy Solutions at GE Renewable Energy from 2018 to 2019. In 2017, they worked as a Partner for Possibility Inc. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Project Director at NextEra Energy Resources. Prior to that, Yonnone had a long tenure from 2008 to 2015 at EDP Renováveis, where they worked as both a Market Outlook/New Technology & Innovation Manager and a Project Development Manager for utility-scale wind energy projects. Tony began their career as a Special Operations (EOD) Officer in the United States Navy from 1998 to 2005.

Tony Yonnone has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from both Columbia Business School and London Business School, through a Joint Global Executive Program. Tony also has a Master of City and Regional Planning (MCRP) with a focus on Land Use and Land Development from Georgia Institute of Technology. Yonnone holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in English Language and Literature/Letters from the United States Naval Academy. Additionally, they pursued a JD in Land Use and Growth Management at Georgia State University College of Law. The exact years of study for the MBA programs and JD are unknown.
