Fredi Mendez

Fredi Mendez has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Fredi started their career in 1995 as a Warehouse Clerk in the United States Marine Corps, where they were responsible for issuing and receiving military equipment. After an honorable discharge, they worked at Micro Radio from 1997 to 2000 as an Install Technician, installing two-way radios, home theater systems, and surveillance equipment.

In 1999, Fredi joined Best Buy as an Install Technician, where they not only installed car stereo systems and alarms but also trained customers on system operation, and diagnosed and repaired systems. Fredi worked at Best Buy until 2001.

Fredi then worked at Xeotron from 2003 to 2004 as an Electrical and Mechanical Technician, manufacturing, programming, testing, calibrating, diagnosing, and repairing Hybridization stations for the Medical research field. Fredi also processed calibration documents for each machine.

In 2001, Fredi began working at Uson L.P. as a Production Manager. Fredi managed eight production lines, ensuring volume, cost, and quality standards were met. Fredi also oversaw resource allocation, facility maintenance, and maintained a safe and organized manufacturing plant. Fredi worked at Uson L.P. until 2017.

From 2017 to 2018, Fredi worked at Alcon, A Novartis Division, as a Production Supervisor.

Currently, Fredi Mendez is employed at Solarcraft, Inc., where they have held multiple roles since 2018. Fredi started as a Production Manager, overseeing production processes. Fredi then advanced to the position of Director of Operations and finally became the Vice President of Operations in November 2021. The end dates for these roles are not specified, indicating that Fredi currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Solarcraft, Inc.

Fredi Mendez's education history begins with their high school education at Mira Beau B. Lamar High School, from 1991 to 1995. They obtained a high school diploma during this period.

Following that, from 1998 to 2000, Fredi attended Houston West Careers and earned an Associate's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

From 2004 to 2008, Fredi pursued higher education at the University of Phoenix, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.

In addition to their formal education, Fredi Mendez obtained a Certificate of Achievement in Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University in July 2019.
