Andrew Linhares

Andrew Linhares is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy and legal sectors, currently serving as the Senior Manager for the Central Region at the Solar Energy Industries Association since July 2024. Prior experience includes management of legislative and regulatory matters at Renew STL Solar and leading the St. Louis team at Renew Missouri, where responsibilities spanned legal, regulatory, and advocacy initiatives in the clean energy space. Andrew's early career involved various legal roles, including serving as a Staff Attorney at Renew Missouri and gaining experience as a Contract Attorney and Legal Intern in environmental law, housing, and employment law. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Truman State University.
