Laura Sinisalo

Laura Sinisalo is the current Chief Creative Officer and Partner at Solar Foods. Prior to this, they served as a member of the board at Luxury Collection Automobiles Oy from January 2016 to December 2018. Laura has also held the position of Head of Global Brand Marketing at Marimekko from January 2007 to December 2016 where they were in charge of strategic planning, steering the brand, and marketing assets. Laura has also worked as a freelance concept designer and project manager from January 2006 to December 2007. Laura's experience also includes working as a trend researcher at Trendstop.com from January 2003 to December 2004.

Laura is currently a doctoral candidate in Design and Applied Arts at Aalto University. Previously, they completed their Master of Arts in Future Studies, Functional Design and International Design Business Management (IDBM) at Aalto University. Laura also has a ME310 in Product Development from Stanford University. Laura Sinisalo's undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Product Management and Design from Middlesex University. Laura also has a degree in Fashion Journalism from the University of the Arts London.
