Sethumadhavan Ravichandran is currently serving as the R&D and Process Engineering Manager at Solar Gard Saint-Gobain. Prior to this role, Sethumadhavan worked at Saint-Gobain Research North America where Sethumadhavan held various positions such as R&D Group Leader for Films & Fabrics, Principal Scientist for Bonded Abrasives, and Senior Research Engineer for Bonded Abrasives. With a strong background in polymer science and plastics engineering, Sethumadhavan has experience in new product development, project management, formulation, and characterization. Sethumadhavan also has a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Polymer Science and Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
