Stefan Catsicas

Stefan Catsicas is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in academia and industry. Currently serving as the Managing Partner and CEO of Skyviews Life Science since April 2018, Stefan also holds a position as a council member at the Solar Impulse Foundation. Prior roles include General Director and CTO at Nestlé, Professor and Provost at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, and Chairman at Xigen. Stefan has been a Professor and Vice President of Research at the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne, and a Professor and Chair of Cell Biology at Université de Lausanne. Previous experience includes Department Head of Neurobiology at GlaxoSmithKline and post-doctoral research at The Scripps Research Institute. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Neurobiology and a Licence in Natural Sciences from the University of Lausanne, along with a business education from London Business School.
