Tyler Haines

Tyler Haines has a diverse range of work experience in the solar energy industry. Tyler started their career as a Process Engineering Intern at Davlyn Industries Inc. in 2013, where they gained knowledge in process documentation and safety procedures. In 2015, Tyler joined NRG Home Solar as a Solar Designer, where they developed solar photovoltaic system layouts and generated electrical diagrams. Tyler then moved on to Trinity Solar in 2016, where they held various roles including Solar Designer, Senior Solar Designer, and Territory Management Project Manager. In these roles, they designed solar roof layouts, collaborated with sales teams, and improved territory management processes. Tyler then joined Fairstead in 2018 as an Energy Assistant Project Manager and later became a Solar Development Manager, overseeing solar development projects. Currently, Tyler is the Director of Partnerships at Solar Landscape, where they lead partnerships with real estate owners to drive enterprise growth in community solar and solar energy solutions.

Tyler Haines obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Energy Engineering from Penn State University, completing their education there from 2010 to 2015.
