Nathan McCarthy

Nathan McCarthy has a strong background in the solar power industry. Nathan started their career at Vivint Solar as an Assistant Sales Manager, where they quickly became knowledgeable in the Massachusetts solar market and successfully managed a local office. Nathan then moved on to SolarCity as a Regional Sales Manager, where they played a key role in launching and managing the Direct Energy channel on the East Coast. At Bright Planet Solar, Nathan served as the Co-Owner and President of Sales, growing the business to over $3 million in sales in less than four months. Currently, they are the CEO of Solar On Earth, where they oversee various aspects of solar power projects, ranging from 1 KW to 50 MW. Additionally, Nathan recently took on the role of President at Food On Earth. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, hiring and training sales teams and achieving impressive sales results in the solar industry.

Nathan McCarthy obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Hard Knocks University, attending from 2006 to 2010.
