Patience Otun

Patience Otun is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce program management and operations within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Workforce Program Manager at Solar One, Patience oversees programs aimed at clean energy initiatives. Previously, Patience held key roles at The HOPE Program, managing transitional employment operations and payroll for approximately 600 participants annually. Additional experience includes positions in operations management, volunteer coordination, and data management at organizations such as Harlem Children's Zone and Cristo Rey New York High School. Patience holds a Master of Science in Business Management and Leadership from CUNY School of Professional Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology and Political Science from Smith College.
