Shinn Yang

Shinn Yang has over 25 years of financial and accounting experience within the not-for-profit and for-profit sectors. Throughout his career, he has worked for mission-driven organizations such YWCA and Mental Health Service Corps (MHSC/ThriveNYC), computer consulting firm Cognet Corp., and more serving in multiple positions such as Bookkeeper, Accountant, Accounting Manager and now, Finance Director at Solar One. Shinn has a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from New York University and a B.A. in Accounting from Monroe College. A lifelong New Yorker, Shinn aims to reduce his carbon footprint and become more environmentally and socially responsible.
