Phedinard Ongayo

Phedinard Ongayo is an experienced customer service representative at Solar Panda since May 2020, focusing on customer payment reminders and issue resolution via SMS and calls. Previously, Phedinard served as the Internal and External Affairs Secretary at the University of Nairobi, where efforts were made to strengthen student-corporate relations. Additional roles include Halls Custodian managing student-staff relations, Deputy Presiding Officer for the Independent Electoral & Boundaries Commission, and Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Bridge International Academies, successfully fulfilling teacher recruitment with resource efficiency. Phedinard also held a position as Inspector General at the Kenya Copyright Board, responsible for overseeing business registrations in entertainment. Phedinard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Nairobi.
