Vincent Lipuka

Vincent Lipuka is a seasoned fraud investigator currently employed at Solar Panda since March 2020, where responsibilities include investigating fraud-related activities and recovering missing devices. Earlier experience includes a role as a security officer at the Kenya Revenue Authority, where intelligence gathering and incident reporting were key duties, as well as a role as an enforcement officer focused on brand inspection and market intelligence services. Vincent Lipuka also has prior experience as a security officer (attaché) at KRA, concentrating on crime prevention and physical security assessments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology & Security Studies from Mount Kenya University and a recent certification in Strategic Management & Leadership from Kenya Institute of Management.
