Wardee Cabaraban

Wardee Cabaraban is a seasoned communications and operations engineer with extensive experience across various companies. Currently, Wardee serves as Communications Engineer II at the Department of Information and Communications Technology since November 2018, while also holding the position of Communications Engineer I at the National Telecommunications Commission since February 2020. As Operations Manager at Solar Philippines Paluan Hybrid Energy Power Plant, Wardee oversees plant operations and distribution utility facilities in Paluan Occidental, Mindoro, and is responsible for strategic planning related to power plant operations. Additionally, Wardee has held roles such as Senior Operations Engineer at Solar Philippines, Field Services Engineer at Transmedic Philippines, and Biomedical Engineer at Capitol University Medical Center. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical Power Management) and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (Electronics Track), along with various certifications in engineering operations and technical training.
