Chris Haas

Chris Haas has over 30 years of work experience, starting their career in the US Navy as a Submarine Officer from 1987 to 1992. Chris then worked at Ford Motor Company as a Buyer in Purchasing and Materials from 1994 to 1998. Haas later joined Navistar Inc as a Manager in Engine Procurement from 1998 to 2001. Chris then moved to CSX Transportation as AVP Purchasing and Materials from 2001 to 2007. Haas then joined IES as VP of Supply Chain from 2007 to 2010. Currently, they are working at NRG Energy as VP of Supply Chain.

Chris Haas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in the period of 1983 to 1987. Chris then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance/Marketing at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1992 to 1994.
