Kyle Wallis

Kyle Wallis is an experienced engineering manager currently serving as the Engineering Manager at NRG Energy for the WA Parish Electric Generating Station since June 2021. In this role, Kyle oversees engineers, plant specialists, and predictive maintenance specialists to ensure effective plant operations, project execution, and reliability monitoring. Prior to this position, Kyle held various leadership roles at STP Nuclear Operating Company from 2007 to 2022, including Integrated Maintenance Team Manager and Systems and Testing and Programs Engineering Manager, managing large teams responsible for maintenance and reliability of complex systems. Additionally, Kyle worked as a Drilling Supervisor at ExxonMobil Development Company from 2002 to 2007, managing drilling operations and projects with significant financial oversight. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University between 1997 and 2001.
