Lee McFalls

Lee McFalls has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Lee started their career at Northeast Utilities in 1987, where they worked as a Production Manager for 12 years. In 1999, they joined NRG Energy as a Plant Manager and subsequently held various positions, including General Manager Oil & Gas Plants for the Northeast Region, VP Operations for the Northeast Region, VP Operations - Outage & Work Management, and VP Operations Analysis. Their most recent role is as the COO at Kindle-Energy LLC, which they started in 2019.

Lee McFalls completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Rensselaer at Work from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, Lee attended Maine Maritime Academy from 1981 to 1985, but the degree and field of study at this institution are not specified.
