Phillip J. Raush

Phillip J. Raush, PE, currently serves as Plant Manager at NRG Energy since April 2021, following a long tenure at Exelon Nuclear where various roles included Director of Organizational Performance and Regulatory, Director of Work Management, and Director of Operations. In these positions, Phillip was responsible for managing key aspects such as security, training, regulatory assurance, and overseeing maintenance outages involving large teams. With a comprehensive background in engineering and operations, Phillip has extensive experience in project management, regulatory compliance, and electrical design from previous roles at Sargent & Lundy. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Lewis University.
