Sara Henley

Sara Henley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and partner relations. Currently serving as Manager of Business Development and Partner Relations at NRG Energy since October 2018, Sara is instrumental in maintaining brand integrity and fostering local relationships with over 180 partner host locations in Illinois and Ohio. Prior to NRG Energy, Sara held positions at ADT, where business-to-business territory development was emphasized, and at DIRECTV, where enrollment of new customers in retail partner stores was a key responsibility. Sara's early career includes significant management and customer service roles at OLAN MILLS PORTRAIT STUDIOS and Sears Portrait Studio, highlighting a strong foundation in team leadership and sales.
