James Sveen

James Sveen has extensive technical experience in the field of machinery and engineering, currently serving as a Field Service Representative II at Solar Turbines since September 2012, where responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining turbo-machinery systems. Prior roles include supervising engineering divisions aboard naval vessels, managing teams focused on propulsion systems and electrical maintenance, and leading calibration efforts for instrumentation. James has contributed to the Wounded Warrior Project as a volunteer fundraiser and advocate while also holding various technical roles in the U.S. Navy, enhancing skills in maintenance, safety, and leadership throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades.
