Dhanvine Bascarane

Dhanvine Bascarane is currently working as Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Solara Active Pharma Sciences supporting for DGM and COO. Before this role, Dhanvine was a Project Student at Whirlpool Corporation, focusing on planning the shift of a plant from China to India. Additionally, Dhanvine has experience as an Intern at Raj Nivas Puducherry in public welfare and government grievance cell, and as a Student Intern at UCAL Fuel Systems Ltd supporting DGM. Dhanvine is currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Business and holds an MBA in HR as well as a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
