Quinten started their career at Ardent Global as a Graduate Research Student, where they conducted research on buoyancy lifting methods for offshore platform jackets in the North Sea. Quinten completed their Master thesis with distinction at the Maritime Technology department of the Technical University of Delft.
Following this, Quinten joined Ardent as a Business Development Assistant in Emergency Management. Quinten worked in this role from September 2018 to January 2019. Quinten then transitioned to the role of Naval Architect at Ardent, where they worked from January 2019 to July 2020.
