Brian Oliver

Brian Oliver is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations management within the metals and chemical industries. Currently serving as Technical Services Superintendent at Cameco Corporation, Brian oversees maintenance and process engineering at Cameco Fuel Manufacturing in Port Hope. Prior to this, Brian spent nearly two decades at Vale, progressing through various roles such as Product Manager for Base Metals and Refinery Manager, where leadership extended to large teams in solvent extraction and electrowinning processes. Responsibilities included strategic marketing, operational management, and successful project leadership across several technical domains. Brian's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and participation in the Advanced Leadership Program at Memorial University, complemented by a B.A.Sc in Engineering Science.
